Spark Plugs for 14 LTZ

Stay with the stock delco plugs. No real reason to switch them up.

Also cylinder 8 does suck to get at.

Stay stock unless you have some mods. But donwires at the same time. It was under $40 for ac delco performance of amazon.

Another one for stock AC Delco plugs and wires.

As much as the #8 plug "sucks" to get to (it doesn't, really), it is still easier than the easiest Ford V8 plug, and no more difficult than a V8 G-body.  On my F150, that position (#4 in Ford-speak) requires removal of the PCM and its bracket; a proper plug job on that truck takes about 4 hours (without breaking any).  I did plugs/wires on my '16 K2 in about 45 minutes, and that was taking my time.

Or you can just buy the gm ls #8 spark plug tool. I bought mine from snap on back in 2001 for my camaro. No issue.

Do you have a picture of this tool.

I tried to google it with no luck.

Thank you

I just lay on the engine/core support and stick my normal spark plug socket on the plug first and snake my ratchet down there. It's a pretty snug fit but once I crack the plug loose, that's all I need.

Sorry should explain. The chrome shocket is the same as the one gm later sold. It slides on and just extends the 5/8 past the headers the spark plug goes through the end. So you can do anything socket or box or open wrench.
2nd photo is a 5/8 triple swivel in impact. Snap on guy said it was a must. I bought and thought I was had but on trans swaps it is worth it.
