Stalling/Lurching when Switching Gears

Hello Everyone,

 

My truck (L84 8-speed) has had this happen twice now. I am driving home from work (18 miles) and i get two houses over from mine and i pull into my neighbors driveway, switch to reverse, pull back into the street, switch it into drive and it feels like there is multiple miss fires, the truck lurches and feels like its going to stall then as fast as it come it goes away. I am making sure that i am full in gear before giving it any throttle. I have babied this truck since day one. I have 9200 miles now with 3k miles of towing. Is anyone else having this intermittent problem?

I will be taking her in to the dealer to have a few other things looked at but im not going to go yet,but if it does happen again then im going to go in within a couple of days.
