Is 2018 same as 2019 LD

I just bought a used 2019 lt ld double cab Silverado and wanted some after market headlights and fender flares but know the new body 2019 ones won’t fit. Should I just buy the 2018 parts?

Yes.  From my experience, it's about a 50/50 shot whether a manufacturer or website acknowledges the LDs.  2018 will work just fine.
