Auto start question

How do I change the settings so that when I auto start my truck in the morning, the fan blows on my windshield? Right now it will blow out of my front vents no matter how I left it set when I last turned it off. This is a 2019 2500hd Silverado.

There is an auto defrost setting that should do it.

Where do I find that? My truck also doesn't have the back glass defogger, not sure if that's relevant or not.

I'm guessing it's a temperature thing. I'll bet they didn't change much with the programming of the previous gen trucks and these. Reason I say that is my 2016 blows A/C out of the dash vents now when I start the truck. The temps around here are 90s day and 70s night. I recall in the winter when it was colder outside the heat blew from the defrost vents when remote started. I don't think there is a setting to change this unfortunately. I believe the defrost/heat comes on around 45 +/- degrees.
