2016 Silverado 2500hd dead passenger seat

Hey all don’t ever post here mostly read, but coming up short on a search. Just got a new to me 2016 2500 he today and the passenger seat will do nothing. Anyone have this trouble of their own? I did find one other post from another guy but no one ever answered him and he never updated. I checked all fuses. Thanks

Did you check the connectors under the seat?

Yes, pulled the plug on the fire ward and backward motor and getting nothing when I hit the switch. Got the wiring scu today and some tips on what to check. Pulled the fuse and have power behind the fuse so it’s not a bad fuse board.

Fixed my seat! I wish I would have taken some pictures but I will explain what the deal is and hopefully this will help someone else as there is nothing in the internet so it must not be a common problem. Underneath the trim by the passenger seat is a big yellow connection plug. It supply’s all of the power to the seat. The power seat pin in the plug was really loose so I twisted the male pin just slightly to make a better connection. The service manager at the dealer printed off the widening scu and it made it really easy to trace the wire. Hope this helps someone else.
