Touch Screen Issue

I bought a new 2019 Silverado 2 weeks ago. It has 300 mi. on it. I took it to the dealership today to get running boards and a spray in bed liner. When I picked it up, I noticed that there was a problem with the touch screen on my radio. All functionality of the system works, however it will not respond to touch. 

 

I will need to take the car back to the dealership in the morning...Is this a quick fix? Has anyone had this experience before?

This happened to me tonight for the 1st time but it seemed to reboot itself after 5 minutes. Seemed to work normally after wards. If it happens again, I’d take it in.

Immediately take at your camera and record it....mines done it twice now and Ive recorded for the service department when I go in for next oil change.

 

You'll need proof as dollars to donuts it won't show up when you take it in.

And again last night my screen wen out completely....before it would still be lit up, just now responding to touches....

 

Now it's all black, except the background illumination and I actually got a phone call while happening and the Bluetooth still connected....

 

@Tripp Tripp Have you taken yours in yet? What they say?

I never took mine in. It worked fine the next morning. Haven't had issues since.
