ROAD TRIP

I'm planning a road trio trip from California to South Dakota. Do i need snow chains? I have a 2019 GMC Sierra Denali It come with 2x4, 4x4.

Going through Nevada, Utah, Wyoming, South Dako.

Do you have M+S tires? Most of the time you can get away with this. But if you want to be sure, you can always buy some and then return them if you dont use them.

Check your owners manual first.

If you have to switch tires to be able to fit chains, might as well buy proper winter tires or at least all weather tires (not all season).

I'm very happy with KO2's as a year around tire and it is snow rated. Good performance in snow and rain.

Also check the state laws regarding winter tires.
