Shifting to drive and reverse jerking

Hello I am currently at 4500 miles. Ever since I got it when I shift to drive and reverse there is a very hard jerk every time I do this is that normal?  Also when I come to a stop I feel a sudden jerk 1 sec after I stop is tat normal as well? It’s been bothering me a lot please let me know

I have the same problem in my 2019 chevy. This is the first chevy I’ve ever owned so I am curious if this is normal or an issue I should have the dealer look at
