Have been lurking here as a visitor for the past week or so gaining some insight on '19 vs '20, 5.3L vs 6.2L, 8 speed vs 10 speed etc.  Decided on a fully loaded Dark Sky Metalic 2020 AT4 with the 6.2L.  However, had to go with the 6'6" box - longer than I need, but oh well, the truck is awesome!  Love the multipro tailgate.  Truck is parked beside my VW grocery getter - absolutely dwarfs the car.

Congratulations on your new truck!  Are you keeping the VW as a second vehicle?  Small cars can be a hoot to drive after maneuvering a 20' truck around the malls at Christmas time!  The 6.5'  box will have more advantages than the shorter version and won't prove to be anymore cumbersome to drive.  I made the same decision with my last truck.  I was retired and didn't need extra load space but the truck I liked also came with the 6.5'. box!
