does anyone here know if the new 2020 GMC/Chevy 2500hd wheel bolt pattern the same as the 2015-2018 GMC 2500hd?

Yes.  Bolt center is the same.

so i can use my 18" rims form my 2008 onto a 2020 right? thinking about trading in my 2018 and i want to reuse my 18" winters if i can

No.  The pattern is the same from 2011 to 2020.  Pre 2011 have different pattern.

The TPMS sensors are different so you’ll need to swap them out of your 2020 wheels or get a new set..$43.20 each from GM.
