Tail light bulb replacement?

I am thoroughly enjoying my 2019 GMC Sierra SLT.  I recently had a mishap and needed to replace my taillight with a genuine GM part. I purchased a new replacement taillight and to my amazement I saw no way to replace any of the bulbs if one ever went bad. The taillight itself seemed to be sealed with the bulbs permanently in place.

Although, the new taillight worked flawlessly, my only question would be, what would I do if part or all of my lights went out inside of this thing?

No “bulbs” in it, all LED, all built-in. There’s a few companies that can open the sealed housing and repair dead LEDs and so on, but otherwise you are chucking the whole mess and getting a new one. Having cool looking taillights comes at a cost...no more $2 bulb replacement. Sure you paid dearly for the replacement one as well.
