Whinning-Squealing Noise , not belts

What is this noise? From in front of the truck and under the hood the noise is very light.  It’s louder from the wheel wells and is loudest from underneath, particularly on the passenger side.  
 

I sprayed the belts and pulleys with wd40 from the top while running and it did not change the noise at all.

Vacuum pump? Just a guess.

is the a/c? on i have this same sound and it is when my a/c is on but no noise with a/c off

No. A/C is not on.

On video the engine sounds like a helicopter! The whistle sounds like a vacuum leak. Does it idle high?

No normal idle and gas mileage and performance are normal.  
 

it does that more when it is warmed up.

 

what is lower on the engine that would make that noise?

Pcv? I had that and they disconnected a hose and it stopped.

Mine had a noise very similar to this, it was the alternator, dealer replaced under new car warranty.  Try removing the belt and running the engine for a short amount of time(less than 1-2 min) to see if the noise goes away.

Is the alternator mounted up high or down low on these.   I haven’t looked.

Bumping this thread.   My truck is still making this noise, it has not gotten any worse.

Check your tension pully. Is there any play?
