Bose sub

Hello I have a 2018 Silverado without the Bose radio system was wondering if I could get the own Bose sub and if it would work in my truck

Without the Bose system it'll be a much bigger pain than it's worth. You can add a non Bose in the same manner that will sound vastly superior.

The bose system is built as it's own system so to just add the sub you need a amp. And much of their speakers are odd ohms. Also it isn't bass it is a fluffy air noise. Sounds horrible with other speakers off. I call it a fill noise.
Better to get a add on sub amp combo.

I have this system and it is impressive!! I got it installed the first week of owning the truck when it came out. It hits hard and sounds great. It came with the digital sound performance module so no matter how loud you crank the volume, it never gets muddy
