BFG KO2 vibration at highway speeds

I have a 2014 silverado 1500 and have 8 ply BFG ko2 275/55R20. Is anyone still having the vibration issues?  The shop tried to electronically balance them and i had to carry the truck back and they had to road force balance them to even get them balanced.  It took the vibration out but yet a year later the vibration is back and the shop won't balance them for free because it's been longer than a year. Didn't know if anyone was still having trouble with the vibration in the tires.

It's fairly common with those tires, I see it all the time.

In the years time you have worn off rubber/weight so it can change the balance of the tire. You'll have to pay for them to get road forced balanced again.

Is there an all terrain or hybrid that doesn't do this on this truck? I had a Jeep and a Toyota both with bfgs and never had this issue but i read a lot that the new bfgs are extremely hard to get balanced.

Michelin Defender LTX's.

Nitto Terra Grapplers or Ridge Grapplers seems to be pretty good tires. Stay with non LT tires because those are ride worse on half tons.

The new Bridgestone Dueler RHS are suppose to be nice tires too.

CamGTP, I have the terra grappler g2s on my 17 silvy and found that I have no vibration anywhere but at 69 through 78. I thought it was TC shutter at first but I can repeat it at will. I was hoping throwing a few 100 miles on em would remedy the vibration but no luck yet. 005cb4c5eba8a86e92a21327b7850e50.jpg

Do you know if the shop you used had a road force balancer?

If they weren't road forced balanced I'd to do that first. Many times I've had to flip the tires 180º on the rim to bring the tires in check.

Dude do you know how many shops that have a road force balancer and skip the rotating the tire on the rim... I had mine done that way and it makes a difference.

I'm gonna look into that. I'd like to keep the interior rattle free for a few more years if possible.
