2013 Silverado - Bucket Seat Popping Noise - Need help to diagnose / disassembly

I have an extended cab 2013 Chevy Silverado.  Over Thanksgiving, I had 2 suitcases stacked behind the driver's side bucket it seat and when I moved the seat back and tilted, I apparently broke something inside the vertical seat back.  When I lean back into the seat, instead of silence, I now here a loud popping noise...right in the center of the seat.  It's almost like a plastic pop fastener might have snapped or something.  If I could remove the back panel of the seat, I could easily diagnose it (I think).  I just can't find anywhere that has a video or instructions on how to take off the plastic pocket panel on the back of the seat of the 2009-2013.  

 

Do you have any ideas on what might have happened and how to fix it?
