Does my Tahoe have remote start?

Sorry if this doesn't belong here, but I have a question. Does my 2005 Chevy Tahoe z71 have remote start? I'm pretty sure it doesn't but I just wanted to be sure since the z71 was the most luxurious model then.

First, thank you for the laugh.  It's rare for anyone to use "Z71" and "luxurious" in the same sentence.

 

Second, look in your glovebox.  There should be a sticker with a bunch of 3 digit/letter codes.  Take a picture of them, and then google "gm RPO decoder" and punch in each of them.   This will tell you want options your truck was built with, including if it came with remote start.

AP3 is the RPO code for remote start.

Lol by “luxurious” I meant the z71 was the most expensive at the time, before there were other expensive options like LTZ and Premier
