Electrical issue

I have had my 2020 2500HD for less than two weeks and this morning I hit the unlock button on the remote and all the lights began to flash. It would not start. I left for about two hours and when I got back it didn't have enough battery power to unlock the doors. I checked the voltage on both batteries and it was 4.7v. I called roadside assistance and they have towed it to the dealer. I will update when I find something out.

I had the same exact issue and the dealer has me a 1059.30 bill for new batteries.
