Need help understanding the fuse diagrams

2015 GMC Sierra,  headlamps wont work, all other lights do, want to see if fuse is bad, manual has a completely different diagram than the fuse box in the truck. The numbers for location are different.  Not sure which one it is. 58 or 59? Also cant access the fuse puller because the inside drivers panel is not budging. Do not want to break it.  Thanks in advance

Looks like there are multiple posts on the site about this problem, both bulbs going bad at the same time, bad ground wires on the headlight harness, blown fuses (some say it is 58, others say 59), which I would check both to be safe, and a few others that I forget at the moment.

 

Go to a auto parts store and pick up a inexpensive set of interior trim removal tools to get the panel off of the inside of the truck.
