J-42137 adapter plate

Can someone give me specs on a J 42137 plate adapter? Need to replace my Ignition lock housing/Passlock unit ASAP, but cannot source one locally. If I have rough outline I will make from a large washer. Can someone help please?

I'd just keep cutting it until it fits.  

 

I've never used one of those before. Never been in a 2nd gen column. Where there's a will, there's a way - you'll figure it out.

Can't you get one from an online source of Kent-Moore?

They are available, $40+_ to $299!  2 day + delivery, I need right now.  Hoping to find someone that has one, can say (for example) 4" OD with 2" center... thinking  maybe 3/8" pywood, plastic,  or big washer...

I have one other problem, trying to ID a 4 prong female connector discovered when replacing ignition switch wiring below steering column. 4 small purple + stripes wires.Can't find what it connects to...

2000 Chevy Blazer.
