Oh wow... Yep, that's cold .  In Louisiana I've seen ice on vehicles but can't say I've seen it look that way like crystals growing out the paint. Cool looking though.

Just behind the rear door as it curves around to the back glass is what I want to say.

 

It was -2º F this morning, everything was just cold here.
