2020 silverado 2.7 issue / 90 psi oil pressure , No heat, bad MPG

So I've got the 2020 silveradon1500 custom with the 2.7 turbo. Had it less than a year and put quite a few miles on it but it's still under 100k. Haven't had one issue with it until jiffy Lube failed to put the appropriate amount of oil in and since then I've had nothing but issues with it. I believe the jiffy Lube mistake led to my oil pressure control valve solenoid going bad snd with that now I'm getting a camshaft timing code and there is a tuck coming from the engine much like a lifter tick. Can't wr just go back to the standard engine they're bosses at building bc these new ones with sll the eco friendly crsp is not working in n their favor.
