I have a 20006 Sierra 1500, I replaced the heater blend door actuator witch worked for maybe 10 minutes, floor, defrost, direct, then it closed. I am not getting any "air" to defrost, direct or floor. Blower motor is fine, it is just not being directed. Any ideas?

There's a "blend door calibration" that can be done.  I have it printed out and in the console of our 05 Tahoe.  Can't remember the exact steps though.

I don't remember if this is it or not, but start here
