Doors locking- speedometer issue

My son has a 2009 Silverado. Recently purchased. Today the stability off came on, door started locking and unlocking while driving and the speedometer was going from 0-20 while driving. What would cause this?

Sounds like a bad ground possibly.  Remove and clean all grounds, check/clean battery cables (cables can and will actually corrode under the insulation), check battery condition also (this generation of vehicles does not like it when batteries get old and lose power...makes all kind of strange electrical gremlins appear).  May also want to have the alternator checked to make sure it isn't on it's way south

Needs battery cables. Wouldn’t even try to clean them, they go back internally it’s never a connection. Battery cables may as well be maintenance items on these trucks.
