Tie Down anchors

Has anyone installed the tie down anchors on a 2014 Silverado with the plastic bed liner already installed. Do you know how many you can install  are they there any on the front of the box ?

Yes, there are 9 total,  three on the front.

Did you install them with a plastic bed liner ? I just don’t want to cut the holes in the liner and the anchors don’t line up.

I just installed them on my 2016 and went camping and had no problems holding anything down.
