Low voltage in cooling fan 1 and 2

Hey guys, I'm having a problem with my 2016 1500 with the 5.3 and I'm hoping someone can point me in the right direction. It's had a cel for a few months, I pulled 2 codes (0480 and 0691 I think, I know both codes were for low voltage in both the fans). Aftet some googling I decided the fan relays were probably bad so I replaced the fan assembly today and it didn't fix the issue. Has anyone else ran into this problem?? How did you fix it?  I'm trying to avoid taking it to the dealer if I can. And yes... I've checked the fuses, they're fine.

both fans share the same ground i would start there

Sorta. The fan control circuits are both "grounded" through the ECM together on one pin, but the actual grounds for the fan motors are separate between the two fans.

 

Since you've checked the fuses, and already replaced the fan, you'll need to check wiring.
