AC help please!

I took it to the local dealer....it was about $1600 and it was the condenser. GM took care of 85% and I owned around $240 out the door. I’m so thankful

wow! that's great, how did you get them to cover it like that? Where are you located? Here in the Seattle area, the dealer I went to (Issaquah Evergreen Chevy) just laughed it off.

Call around, there are Chevy lots on every corner her in the Puget Sound.

 

Find someone who wants some business, last weekend alone should motivate you to get it fixed. It was hot as hell Sunday.

$240 is a screaming deal, I wouldn’t even consider doing it myself for that, and there’s typically NO job I won’t do. That’s cheaper than doing it myself.
