Can anyone fix the bcm hyper flash on a 2008 Duramax ltz?

Assuming you're swapping in LED turn signals or something of that nature, then no, the only options you have are to have a dealer reprogram the BCM for work truck/ LED tail lights (they won't, usually). Also, there is only a provision for the rear in that instance, meaning if you swapped in LED's in the front, you're SOL. That leaves your only other option and that's to had the load resistors for every bulb replaced.
