2000 2500HD not running

I have a 2000 2500HD. Replaced the battery and fuel filter. Fuel lines are clear. Getting fuel to the motor, but wont start. If I pour gas into the intake it will run for about 3 to 5 seconds then stall. I had water in the tank and drained it prior to this. Plugs and wires are good as well. I'm fresh out of all ideas and any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sounds like you lost injector power,check fuses,ign 1,or 2 ,I think
