2011 Silverado radio programming Eprom

Bought a used radio for my 2011, I went into the eprom and changed the vin so its not locked but only the rear speakers are working and you don't get any volume till half way up. Has anybody deciphered the eprom data? I do have the BIn file if you want a peek. Thanks

Same part number as the original?  Know anyone with a Tech-2 to do a proper flash?
