My 2013 GMC Sierra has SiriusXM. According to them there is something wrong with my radio. I subscribed to their service in October 2019 but can't received their signal. Yet this pass weekend (July 3-6, 2020) I received all the stations for free.  Is that me radio or is it their problem?

If you received free XM reception last weekend in your normal driving location, you just proved that there is nothing wrong with your radio and your XM antenna works.  SiriusXM periodically has 'free weekends' where they allow free access to some of their stations, often close to a holiday, in order to try to drum up more subscription business for themselves.

If you've been paying for XM service but not receiving any since last October, you need to call them and get your $ back.  If you give SiriusXM a valid radio number (easily found on your radio at the end of your dial when tuning stations, go to XM channel 2 or channel 1 and then down one more station and it'll give you your XM radio number) and a valid credit card number, and your truck is not blocked from their 2 satellites in the southern sky (direct line of sight), you should have service within a couple of minutes.

In the old days when XM started, I could get a good signal in the garage with the doors down.  Now, there are several places out in the open where there is interference from cellphone towers, tv towers, tall buildings, etc, where there is no XM service no matter what until you drive on down the road for a little ways.

Welcome to the site.

Have you set up an account on their website?

You can send a refresh signal from there, or see if your account is actually activated.

I set up with their site that includes the app on my iphone. It works on my phone all the time but not on the truck. I will try to get on a hill and have them to send another refresh signal. They keep saying to have my radio check out. I'm not going to after last weekend.
