Intellilink issues

Has anyone seen this and or know how to trouble shoot? The digital display doesn’t display very sporadically, about once a week randomly. I took it to the stealer ship and I don’t want to pay a big fat diagnostic fee for them to say “Um I don’t know.” It’s a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 Denali Untimate. ANY and all help is very much appreciated!

Just my guess, but maybe a failing HMI module?

you are going to have to get it scanned to see if there any codes and then you have a starting point
