My son is driving my old 2007 GMC Sierra SLE. Tuesday the High Beam, Left and Right turn signals, brake lights completely stopped working....just all of a sudden. Before this, the windows quit working about a month before this recent stoppage. Has anyone had the same issue, and how was it remedied? I'm assuming it may be a grounding issue, but I'm not electrically talented by any means. Is there a fuse that connects all the above or is it best to not home mechanic myself. I am OK with the mechanical side but all the wiring gets jumbled in my eyes.

Have battery checked...the GM900 and up trucks/SUVs do not like a bad/low battery.

Check/change battery cables...the cables are prone to corrosion even under the insulation and cannot be seen.

Check/clean grounds and ground locations

Agree!  Sometimes it's the simple things we over look.

Thanks but the battery and cables are good (both new) and alternator is charging. I believe its a ground fault issue in the wiring in the rear, but i'm not a master tech. I'm just going to have it diagnosed at an auto repair shop and hopefully they can remedy the situation.
