5th wheel hitch suggestions - 2020 Silverado 2500 std box with gooseneck/5th wheel package

Hi.  Just picked up a new 2500 HD LTZ standard box with the gooseneck/5th wheel package.  It's mostly for recreational purposes to tow rental travel trailers for the next couple years.  New to most of this and looking online I see this referred to as the puck system.  Many of the hitches on different sites are for the long bed trucks only.  Every Curt hitch on their site for a Silverado 2500 specified the 8' bed.

 

Does anyone have any recommendations for a 5th wheel hitch?

Talked with etrailer and they said they've got nothing that will fit the 5th wheel prep package for a standard bed Silverado 2500 HD.  WTF?

I think the issue is not an ability to fit the holes, but using 5th wheel hitch in a short/standard bed needs a slider hitch.
