I have a 2014 5.3 z71 Silverado. Been having problems with 4x4 I replaced 4wd actuator and transfer case motor. I continue to get a service 4wd on dash. Any help how to get this fixed really don’t know what else to do.

Welcome to this forum!  Sometimes it is worth taking your vehicle to the professionals.  Find a reputable GM service center or 4X4 specialty shop in your area and pay the extra.  It may actually end up saving you time and money!

Its got to have all the codes read in the truck.  They will shine a light on as to what part or system is causing your issue.  I'd get someone to scan it or invest in $100 and get a Blue Driver OBD scan tool.  The Blue Driver can pull codes for all modules on most GM vehicles.

Throwing parts = $$$$$$$$$

Not enough information to even start to help.  What is it doing other than showing a light?  Not engaging at all.  Engaging 4WD LO but not 4WD HI or vice versa?  Jack your truck up off the ground with all four wheels in the air.  Engage 4WD, what spins and what doesn't?  Noises?  You get my point.  Not really enough to go off of here.  Sounds like you might just want someone to take a look at it if you can't put a little more effort into diagnosing the issue.  Nothing against you or your skills.  But you have to give us more to go on here.

It engages both low and hi 4wd all four tires spin it works fine for a while until it says its turning it off on its own. That’s when the service 4wd light comes out. After it says it’s turning it off it feels as if the transfer case is still engaged but front tires don’t spin.

Feels like?  Jack up all four wheels and find out where the disconnect is and what is turning and what is not.

Old school knowledge here.  Got to just find out where it's turning and where it's not when the problem occurs.  Also could be a ground issue.  There is a main ground usually on the frame by the driver's side door to ground the system.

I’ve also noticed doesn’t do it all the time but while driving it will go into gear a little hard.
