2015 Silverado.I noticed while cleaning my truck the  Passenger floor was soaking wet under my mats. So I pulled the kick panels down and pulled the carpet back to find a leak at the ac drain before it exits the truck. The leak appears to be coming through the box right near the firewall, it’s definitely not leaking at the drain and coming back in . I pulled the outside drain off and used a large zip tie to make sure there was no clog in the drain itself. I can’t see a crack because of the location, it’s in one of the ribs on the heater box right against the firewall so I can’t see in there. Do these boxes have seams that’s leak, should I just try to gob sealant in there https://freeimage.host/i/dmxtou

Mine is doing the same thing in the same location. 2015 Sierra. I’ve noticed the water after or during a rain so I’m ruling out anything related to the ac drain.

Hi buell438,

Did you find anything that fixed this?  I'm having a similar (possibly same) issue

Thanks!
