As the title says, Im wondering what the smallest wheel size for my parents 2015 Yukon Denali. They currently have a set of 18" steelies that are rusting and the tires are spanked. Will 17" wheels fit? We would be looking for a set of GM wheels off of a truck or similar. Plenty of options in my area for 17's but very limited for 18's.

17" is the smallest you can run to clear the front brakes.  17" are what they use on the Tahoe PPV police builds, the same steel 17" wheel from the Silverado/Sierra just painted black.

I run 17 inch steel in the winters with my ko2s and as somebody chimed in, the spare is the best way to tell, just drop and put in on the front and if it clears then you are good to go.

if there arent many options for 18's... what about 20's?

id think 17" & 20" should have plenty of options

18" & 19" can be a bit odd depending on location
