I really would like to color match and delete amber in my headlights.  The days of baking them to separate them are over, since they are permasealed.  Looks like the only way to do it is to cut them open with a multi-tool or dremel.  Has anyone tackled this yet?  My only vacation of the year (self-employed) is coming up in a month and I’ll be bored by day 1, since I’m so used to working 6 days per week.  Needless to say, I’d like a project but this project scares me a little.  I’ve seen pictures of them done but very little information.

He sent them to retro customs (think it’s called), sent him a message.  He wants like $1,300 plus I have to send the lights.  Durtymaxx cut his high country lights open but never showed anything after the cut.  Mainly concerned with fogging issues.

As long as you seal them up in a somewhat dry air environment you won’t have fogging issues. And seal them up good or course
