Has anyone found a replacement headrest for the oversized rears?  They don't really get in the way, but they are HUGE, ugly, and (IMO) unnecessary.  Has anyone toyed around with changing them out for a different headrest?

Are they always in the way? Don't know what you use your back seat for but you can always just fold them down. I really only use the back half of my crew cab for the dog, groceries or other misc things. I think ive only had like one person ever sit in the back. So the seats are always up and head rests folded down.

I'm a form over function kind-of guy.  I'd rather find a headrest that fits...maybe out of a Tahoe or something, that is much smaller.

My son sits back there all the time plus I don't like the way the look folded down.

U could always just take them out. The seats don’t look bad without anything there.  Just a thought.

Would one like in the middle be more of what you are looking for.

The middle headrest doesn’t have the same spread.  It doesn’t fit.

I pulled them but also don’t like the open holes in the top of the seats.

Ya. I did same thing when mine were vibrating and making noises. It doesn’t look bad but I agree the open holes drive a man crazy. I figured out how to fix them by pulling apart and now they are good.
Hope you find a solution

How do you get them out? My wife just got a bee Tahoe and I can pull the mid seat ones from hers and snap a pick. Only problem is that I can’t figure out how to remove mine or hers. Both just fold down
