I'm looking to run a large gauge (4 AWG) positive line from my battery to my backseat.  I plan on drawing up to 45A tops with multiple pieces of emergency response equipment.  I also intend on leaving a stud at the end of my line for possible use in the future.  I'm wondering as to which positive stud to use coming from the battery.  Can anyone point me in the right direction?

Is this something that's already in place or do I have to order it?  If I have to order it then what is the part #?

I ordered the part.  I really don't see a reason that I have to use the provided fuses and/or electrical terminals.  I really just need the bus bar and I'd like to add my own fuse.  Would that work?

Yah it’s the bus bar with the 3 studs, it comes with the 60 and 200amp fuses.  You could easily just swap the fuse out for whatever amps you want
