So my 2019 z71 had a pull from factory. No biggie right, it was just tow, could have been the first pothole or delivery pulled it out of wack.

But when the did the alignment, they said caster or something was off, and i noticed they moved the eccentric bolt on the lower control arm almost 1/4" from max on both sides. They didn't move the front eccentric bolt much on the front of the control arm. See pictures

It seemed odd so i asked for a re-check and saw the specs, the truck is in alignment. They said some have been seen off this far from factory.

Should i be concerned i don't have much adjustment left? Should i be concerned truck was this far out? Tracks great, just curious.

Fori Automation in Utica Michigan makes many of the plant automated alignment machines.  They are one of the best in the industry.   The alignment machines like all automation need maintenance and calibration.  So if your truck is off, there is a great chance that many before your truck and after your truck that are off as well.   A pot hole usually knocks out the toe since the tie rods are the weakest link.  Now that you have it corrected, I would not worry about it but if you do feel any pull again, get it back in before you destroy your tires.  My experience with front ends or any alignment, unless you are pounding on it on the trails that you will not have another issue with it.  If you do max out the cam bolts like with a cheap lift, company like DirtKing sell larger and actually better cam adjusters.  If that was my alignment, I would not worry about it, just my 2 cents.

With about 2600 miles on my 2017 Sierra I noticed the inside of my front tires were worn. It was out of alignment and I took it to dealership and they corrected it. The head lead mechanic stated that some become out of alignment because when they get out on semi trucks for transport, they get tied down to hard. Put too much pressure on the tires from the straps holding them down. I believe it, because that truck NEVER went off road or even driven on a gravel road.  I drove my 97 when I wanted to do that. Never had another issue with it after they corrected it.
