NOTE: I've seen some of you guys have strong feelings about this topic. I'm not interested in how much you love your keys -- I'm interested in information on the subject. Thanks! :)

I have a 2017 Sierra Denali with as many options as I could find, but it doesn't have proximity keyless entry and push button start. All of my vehicles for the past 5 or so years have had these features, and I find having to dig the giant fob and key out of my pocket every time I get in to be mildly annoying. I've done a lot of searching on the forum and the internet and I haven't found any kits that say they work with the K2 (2014-2018) series trucks. I've seen lots of threads by people with weird fetishes for keys, but again that's not helpful.

So if anyone knows of a kit, vendor, etc. that could help get this started for me, please let me know. I've seen that it might be difficult due to the BCM but I'm willing to pay to make it happen. I would really appreciate it!

Thanks,

Josh

I contacted whiteautoandmedia.com and they were unwilling to work on this due to "liability" concerns, so if anyone else knows a similar outfit please let me know.

Best retrofit kit is a 2021 Denali.

I would have gone that route, but I have a long list of other modifications I'm putting on such as Magnuson’s TVS2300 supercharger, and they told me it wouldn't work on the newer vehicles yet.

Fair enough. I just didn't want any of the key fetishists pooping on the thread like they have all the others I found using search.

Sorry Josh you're just going to have to tough it out using the fob and key it came with .

It's not that bad I've been doing it for years and I'm ok.
