Replaced lifter on the truck now I’m having crazy electrical problems

So I was working on this truck for about two weeks waiting for parts to come in and what not. And I got it all back together except for a couple plastic pieces plugged all the wires in hopped in the truck click the key over and no dash lights and no start it won’t even crank over but I can hear the relay clicking over I turn on the headlights and only the left headlight comes on I turn on the blinker and only the right blinker comes on the radio doesn’t come on the dome lights will come on the clicker on the keys to lock the doors works and the locks inside the truck work I’m stumped I’ve cleaned off all the grounds that I could find including the ones that I took off and put back on on the The head and the one in the fender well I’ve checked all the ohms for the block And body and frame I don’t know what else could be the problem with all the electrical system is messing up at the same time so I don’t think it’s a computer Anyone have any ideas that could help me

Honestly did positive spark to ground at any point?

Check fuses at battery. Something is missing for sure or not passing power.

I checked the fuses and everything good nothings blown. Will it still get power if that fuse is blown?

Did positive and ground touch at any point? If so I'd suggest calling a mobile repair with a high tech plug in computer to see whats up.
