I replaced a sensor that wasn't working, but I have one that doesn't work even after replacing it. Can someone shed some light on this and help me out?

Is the holder broken or the wiring harness damaged? Sensor clean? Had bugs once splatter on sensor and caused it to malfunction. Cleaned and it came back.

Inspect the terminals carefully and make sure nothing is touching the center piezo section.

I have looked at the plug and terminals, and cleaned them with contact cleaner. There is nothing touching the sensor. ........ Still nothing.
