Newbie with my new to me 1998 Sierra W/T 7.4

Just bought this from my father, he bought it when it was only 5 years old and really only used it for towing a camp trailer.  It now only has 53k miles on it.

 

New to this site but not new to driving old Chevys.  I am an old school Machinist turned un-educated Tooling Engineer

 

My short list for the truck.

Lose the shell

Level it

New tires

Tint windows

Paint the faded grill

Paint the stock wheels and maybe put chrome center on

 

It will sit most the time as the plan is to use it for pulling a fifth wheel camp trailer
