I own a 2011 GMC Sierra and was in the car wash. I noticed water pouring in from rear right  passenger upper corner of roof. I looked on the roof to see where this could be coming  from and noticed my roof panel joint was peeled up. Do you think I could be getting that much water rushing into the truck from the roof panel joint? I ordered a new one and will replace either way as a starting point.

Thanks for any help on this!

If the panel seal was peeled up right there that seems like a smoking gun to me. There aren't that many other ways for water to get into the roof. You may have antennas or marker lights that use holes in the roof but those are way up front. You could check your door seal but it would have to have a pretty big gap to cause that kind of issue.

Thanks for the input. I have one on order so will see if that helps. That does seem like where the water is coming in right underneath  where it’s peeling up. I took completely off and will clean it out while waits on part.
