Infotainment issue won’t connect to internet even though WiFi works

After taking my 21 Silverado to the dealership to get them to reinstall my radio software to fix the internet connection issue. They acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. I explained that on star had informed me of the bulletin and I showed them. It took three hours for them to say that I had a faulty internal usb (which they don’t have)but nothing about the bulletin. Not sure if anyone has had this issue.

I'm curious if you ever got a resolution to the issue? I've been noticing that I have issues only when I remote start, it will sometimes not recognize the cellular service. For me it only seems to have started, or at least got worse earlier this year after a couple of back to back updates which seems counter productive of course.

 

Any details on the bulletin or other things you've tried would be helpful and appreciated!
