Spider injector not working

So my in-law bought a new spider injector but it does nouthing.  I checked fule pressure thats good about  62 lbs  i pulled  spark plugs not getting any fule to cylinders. This is what led him to buy a new injector in the first place need help with figuring out why injector is not operating! Any thing thoughts on this? He has a 99 gmc van 350 v tech.

i would start with powers and grounds to injector pump, check fuses and relays , swapping parts get expensive fast

So he replaced the motor due to bad crank bearings. I wasn't a part of that but now when it cranks thier is no fule making it to cylinders verfied by checking plugs not even a hint of smelling like gas and no spark.. checked all fuses the are good he replaced crank sensor and hes replacing cam shaft sensor today. But i just cant figure what changed?

did he do a relearn on crank and cam , these are computer controlled systems , gotta reboot the computer system , making sure the computer sees everything, like putting a new mouse on a desktop you have to tell the computer its there

scan tool , not a code reader , scan tool has bi directional controls , it can talk to computer
