Put 5100s in the front of my 2020AT4. Can I add a spacer to get another inch?

The 5100 front shocks helped level the truck a bit, but one more inch would look more like what I expected.

 

Can I just put in a 1" spacer without needing upper control arms?

Careful, max lift on the UCA's is around 3.5 inch for reliability purposes.  Your already at 2" with the AT4 lift, so add whatever leveling you did to the 2" AT4 lift and see where your at.  My guess would be your already at the max limit of the UCA's, or close to it.  If you upgrade your UCA's you can continue to lift with no issue, minus CV angles.
