I would like to know if you can put a lift kit on the new GMC AT4 with adaptive suspension?

Posted (edited)

I don't think anyone has lifts available for these yet at all.  Not even for a regular Yukon.  Gotta wait for the R&D work to start.

There are a couple levels but they are for SUVs without adaptive suspension.

EDIT:  Well looks like Rough Country makes a 6 inch for the Tahoe, but ONLY for Tahoe.  Does not fit GMC and does not fit any with Adaptive Suspension.

I just put the 2” rough country “leveling” kit on my ‘21 High Country. It is supposed to work with the adaptive ride struts.

The kit does indeed level the truck until you put anything in the back, then you’re riding nose high. It also really confuses the adaptive ride system, causing a check engine light. aFe makes a module kit that is supposed to correct for the new suspension sensor readings, but they say the kit only fits up through MY19.

the end result of my process so far is that I did get the little bit of extra height I wanted, I wish it maintained the factory rake, and I will have to stare at the check engine light for a while longer. If you’re okay with similar results then there are multiple options available. Even King makes a complete cool over replacement but I’m pretty sure they will all have a check engine light until the sensor issues gets addressed by aFe or someone similar.
