Who else has these wires just taped off to the side under rear bumper on driver side? Who knows what they're for?

Those are FAKRA connectors, used for video signals and data networks.

What trim level is your truck?

I can only guess what they are for, but maybe they are provisions for a trailer connector that has camera connections. I think all the trucks have those connectors in the bumper but the similar connector in the left rear of the bed for 5th wheel trailers is an option. Maybe they are provisions for that optional connector.

I was thinking they were for some type of camera system as well, just looking to see if anyone else said the same or advised to something different.

They’re the camera hookups for the trailer cameras one for inside and for the back, they’re typically connected to ports on the bumper next to where your trailer lights/brakes hookup.
